Project Manager
As a Project Manager at T2 Contracting, Inc., you will lead project planning sessions, manage project progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include overseeing the coordination of workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in civil utility projects, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Foreman
The Foreman at T2 Contracting, Inc. will supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations on construction sites, coordinating the work of crew members and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Equipment Operator
As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery used in construction projects, such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes. Duties include performing daily equipment checks, safely operating machinery to move construction materials and earth, and assisting with maintenance and repairs as needed. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operating heavy machinery, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Pipe Layer
